You will be one of two new junior resourcer joining our team. Dynamic, young firm in an exciting period of development.
You will be providing leading companies with high-caliber candidates. Your role is to support the needs of other recruiters in the office. You will be looking for career progression and development with our extensive training and coaching program.
You’ll be liaising with a whole range of people, getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match, the role is primarily phone-based.
Researching prospective clients, identifying decision-makers, obtaining contact details, and adding to the system
Identifying candidates for current vacancies
On a daily basis you will be:
Identifying and generating candidates against specific client requirements
Contacting candidates to discuss job opportunities via phone call and emails
Developing relationships with candidates, building your network and reputation
Using the internet and social media to source information and generate leads
Publishing adverts onto company website and 3rd party job boards
Processing/ handling incoming advert response, adding candidates to the system and linking their interest to the vacancy applied for
Formatting CV’s and general administrative duties
Support the office in a broad range of internal and external related communications with both clients and candidates
Work towards given targets and key performance indicators
