•Lead initiation, planning, execution, and delivery phases of Features.
•Drive the backlog items refinement for his/her features following the established Framework.
•For his/her scope, prioritize the backlog items for the dev team(s) contributing to his/her EPICs/Features.
•Participate in planning and review sessions of the teams contributing to his/her EPICs/Features
•Manage business stakeholders related to owned EPICs/Features
•Assist the scrum master(s) on internal roadblocks and impediments.
•Deliver status reports projecting stakeholders.
•Identify/manage risks and dependencies
•Manage external implementation partner contribution to the EPICs/Features
•(If Applicable) Prepare and animate steering committees
•If contributing to a larger IT program, report feature status to IT program manager.
•Provide regular feedback (on a weekly base) on the EPICs/Features progress.
•Assist Product Owner and Dev Team in the prioritization of user stories
•For smaller Feature will do the functional refinement.
•Follows applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the data analytics (data science) platform
•Act as SPOC towards Business, and other IT teams, ensuring regular and transparent communication around project/feature status towards all stakeholders inside and outside of the Centre of Excellence Customer D&A.
•Contribute to the adoption and enablement of new features of the Data Platform in various countries.
•Mandatory prior experience of a minimum of 5-10 years in related work experience.
•Proven track in agile and/or hybrid environments, with experience in a Scrum Master or Product Owner role.
•Mandatory prior experience managing projects delivering reporting and/or data science projects based on Data Platforms, Data Warehouse, big data, data lake technologies.
•Clearly demonstrate expertise in project management, escalation, process management, and business systems requirements definition
•Previous experience as Functional/Business Analyst

Technical knowledge and skills
•Practice of project management methodology (Prince2, PMI) and Agile.
•Working knowledge of data analytics, data science, big data, and/or reporting business processes and solutions.
•Working experience in standard IT/ITIL processes (change management, release management, incident management, project management).
•understanding of potential impacts on cross-functional processes.
•Aptitude and willingness to acquire technical understanding.
•Excellent command of Microsoft solutions (Office, Project, Visio).
•Experience in CRM implementation projects.
